When you book all six rooms at Casa Marari, the whole property is yours: the Deluxe AC rooms, the Non-AC cottage, the coconut-shaded lawn, the canal-side with its canoe and rowing boat, the games and the shared kitchen facilities. No other guests — just your family or friends.
It is one of the most popular ways to stay with us. Families book it for staycations and reunions, friends for weekend getaways from Kochi, and couples for pre-wedding celebrations with everyone staying over. With Marari Beach 2 km away and the Alleppey backwaters 35 minutes south, there is plenty to do — or nothing at all.

They were extremely flexible about how we choose to eat — bringing in food, ordering with them or even ordering directly from nearby restaurants. Extra beds were given generously. “We got lucky with a last minute booking. Property surpassed all my expectations. The road to the property is very narrow with tight turns. Once you enter there's plenty of outdoor space with lots for young children — a basketball pole, badminton court, pedal bikes, swing, and hammock. Carrom board and board games for those who stay indoors. Rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean. Bathrooms are spacious with a roofless shower which is a nice touch. They do onsite barbecue if you order ahead. There are restaurants nearby who will deliver to the property. Overall we enjoyed really well. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a large family with kids.”

Can we host a birthday, pre-wedding shoot or small function?
Yes. Our lawn has hosted first birthdays, bride-to-be parties, baby showers, engagement photo shoots and family get-togethers. We can arrange decor, catering and rooms for your guests. Contact us with your date and guest count for pricing.
Do you provide extra beds?
Yes, extra beds are available on request for families and groups. Mention the number of guests when you enquire.
Can we book the entire villa for our group?
Yes. All six rooms can be booked together so your family or friends get the whole property — lawn, canal-side, kitchen and games — privately. Extra beds can be added. Send us your dates and group size for a whole-villa quote.
