Yes. All six rooms can be booked together so your family or friends get the whole property — lawn, canal-side, kitchen and games — privately. Extra beds can be added. Send us your dates and group size for a whole-villa quote.

November to March is the most popular season, with dry, sunny days and calm seas. April and May are hot but quiet. June to September is the monsoon — green and dramatic, ideal for Ayurveda and rain-watching, but the sea is rough and not safe for swimming.

Casa Marari is about 2 km from Mararikulam (Marari) Beach and about 1.5 km from Chethy Beach — a 5-minute drive or an easy bicycle ride. We have six bicycles that guests can use for free.

Yes. The last stretch of village road is narrow with a couple of tight turns, so drive slowly — call us if you need directions. Cars park inside the compound. If you are coming by bus or a large tempo traveller, please check with us before you travel.

We are near Chethy Beach Road, Marari North, Kanichukulangara, Cherthala, Alappuzha District, Kerala 688582 — between Mararikulam and Chethy beaches, about 17 km north of Alappuzha (Alleppey) town and 80 km south of Cochin International Airport.

The Deluxe AC rooms are larger, air-conditioned rooms with a TV and spacious attached bathrooms — some with an open-to-sky shower. The Non-AC villa is a traditional Kerala-style cottage with fans, a good budget option for guests who prefer natural ventilation.

Yes, extra beds are available on request for families and groups. Mention the number of guests when you enquire.

Our kitchen cooks home-style Kerala breakfast, lunch and dinner on order, and barbecue if you order a few hours ahead. You are also free to bring your own food or order from nearby restaurants that deliver — a shared fridge and oven are available.

Yes. Appam with vegetable stew, thoran, sambar and a full vegetarian Kerala sadya (on pre-order for groups) are all available alongside seafood, chicken and beef dishes.

Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome at Casa Marari and there is a big lawn for dogs to stretch their legs. Please mention your pet when you enquire so we can allot the most suitable room.

Guests can use our bicycles, the canoe and rowing boat on the canal in front of the villa, fishing rods, a basketball pole, a badminton court, hammocks, a swing, carrom and board games — all free of charge.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on the property, so you can stay connected or work remotely.

Yes. Our lawn has hosted first birthdays, bride-to-be parties, baby showers, engagement photo shoots and family get-togethers. We can arrange decor, catering and rooms for your guests. Contact us with your date and guest count for pricing.
