When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter — your name, phone number, email address (optional), travel dates, number of guests and any message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, manage your booking and stay, and meet legal obligations (for example, guest registration required by Indian law). We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics.
• Web3Forms receives the enquiry form and emails it to us; hCaptcha protects the form from spam.
• Google Maps is embedded on our contact page; Google may set cookies when the map loads.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and for our booking records.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing casamarari@gmail.com.
