Marari has a tropical climate: warm all year, with two monsoons. The right time to visit depends on whether you want beach days, festivals, or green, rain-washed quiet.

Our recommendation
For beach holidays, come between November and March. For families and groups booking the whole villa, the April–May school holidays and long weekends book out fast, so enquire early. For slow travel and value, the monsoon has a magic of its own.
